Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and BRANDBUNNY ("we," "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the BRANDBUNNY website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the "Site").

1. Services Provided

BRANDBUNNY specializes in social media management, content strategy, and growth optimization for content creators on platforms including but not limited to Instagram, TikTok, and OnlyFans. Our specific services ("Services") are outlined in our service agreement which is provided to accepted applicants.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site is our proprietary property and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs, and graphics on the Site (collectively, the "Content") and the trademarks, service marks, and logos contained therein (the "Marks") are owned or controlled by us or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Creator Content: You retain full ownership of all content you create. By working with us, you grant BRANDBUNNY a limited license to use, distribute, and monetize your content solely for the purpose of fulfilling our management duties as agreed upon in your specific contract.

3. User Representations

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that:

• All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
• You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information as necessary.
• You have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
• You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside (you must be at least 18 years old).
• You will not use the Site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

Every effort has been made to accurately represent our product and its potential. Even though this industry is one of the few where one can write their own check in terms of earnings, there is no guarantee that you will earn any money using the techniques and ideas in these materials. Examples in these materials are not to be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of earnings. Earning potential is entirely dependent on the person using our product, ideas and techniques.

5. Confidentiality

We understand the sensitive nature of the adult content industry. BRANDBUNNY is committed to strict confidentiality. We do not disclose our roster of clients publicly without explicit permission. All personal data, earnings reports, and strategies discussed are kept strictly confidential.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BRANDBUNNY, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which BRANDBUNNY is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
